Course load

Undergraduate degree-seeking and Masters’ degree-seeking students should not register for more than two courses (6 credits) per session unless approved by the School Dean.
Doctorate-seeking students should not register for more than one course (3-4 credits) per session unless approved by the School Dean.

Each session lasts for eight (8) weeks. It is expected that every student will enroll in every session for at least one course to maintain enrollment status and to avoid administrative withdrawal from the program. Exception may be granted to a student who is on a leave of absence.

Course Registration

Students that are in good academic and financial status with the University are registered to courses by the Registrar’s office. Good academic status is maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.0 for Undergraduate degree programs and 3.0 for graduate degree programs at every quarter.

How to Register Courses

Log in to your account to access the course registration portal.
Ensure your financial standing with the university is in good standing**, with no outstanding balance or more than one month’s balance.
After logging in, click on “Step 3” at the top of the page.
Choose the School corresponding to your program (e.g., School of Business for MBA).
Select the desired course(s) from the available list.
Caution: Do not exceed the allowable number of courses per session. Contact the enrollment department if uncertain.
Complete the course registration process.
Our enrollment department will review and finalize your registration.

**Good financial status is given to students who:

Are in full compliance with payment arrangements entered into with the University; and,
Have fully paid their tuition fees. Students who are on academic probation are also eligible to take classes.

Language of Instruction

Prospective students should be aware of the fact that English is the language of instruction at the University. The University emphasizes continued improvement in speaking, writing and reading skills throughout the student’s course of study.
