His multifaceted roles as an administrator, educator, and program director have provided him with profound insights and a demonstrated commitment to fostering progress. Driven by an unparalleled passion and a formidable work ethic, he effectively leads faculty and staff, positioning himself as an advocate for transformative change and innovation.

Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Brown’s distinctive approach has been marked by the intersectionality of faith, service, education, and vision-driven leadership. Currently serving as the President of SNB Innovations LLC, a private consultancy specializing in innovations for higher education, business/strategy, and non-profit sectors, Dr. Brown continues to contribute his expertise to various domains.

In addition to his consultancy role, Dr. Brown is a faculty member in the Business School at Cornell University. His most recent position was as the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs & Chief Academic Officer at Miami Regional University, where he also holds the rank of full professor. A seasoned speaker and researcher, he has been a keynote speaker at numerous community and educational forums, sharing his insights on civic service, faith, and education through various articles.
