Bio

Dr. Charles Anosike is a dedicated and lifelong learner, recognized for his expertise in management, information technology consulting, and his advocacy for sustainability. With over two decades of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Charisma University.

Dr. Anosike is a proponent of systems thinking and sustainability, actively promoting these principles to enhance organizational understanding and foster collective leadership. As the founder of the Center for System Leadership & Sustainability (CSLS), he is committed to driving positive change in complex systems.

Throughout his career, Dr. Anosike has consulted and served in various government agencies in Nigeria, contributing his skills and insights to the public sector. He earned his BFA in Visual Communication and MIT in IT project management from American Intercontinental University. His commitment to continuous learning led him to complete his Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Leadership at Walden University.

Dr. Anosike holds several prestigious fellowships and memberships, including being a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK-FCMI), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), and a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM). He is a Green project manager, a Chartered Management Practitioner (CMP), and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM Chartered).

His doctoral dissertation, titled “Sustainability Efforts of One Oil Company in Niger Delta of Nigeria,” showcases his commitment to addressing critical issues related to sustainability. This work was published in the Proquest/UMI dissertation database, demonstrating Dr. Anosike’s dedication to contributing valuable insights to the academic community.
