Dr. Charlie Carr, Jr. is a scholar-practitioner whose academic foundation is rooted in a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management from Capella University. The advanced degree is supported by a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Dr. Carr’s pedagogical expertise is further validated by contemporary certifications in Online Faculty Certification and Alternative Modality Professional Development, ensuring the application of rigorous instructional design in diverse learning environments.

With an extensive background in curriculum development, Dr. Carr has demonstrated a career-long commitment to adult learning and personnel management. During his tenure with the Department of the Air Force, he designed a 60-hour Personnel Management Course and managed a professional development program that served approximately 6,400 adult learners annually. His academic contributions are balanced by a deep mastery of behavioral and fiscal competencies; he is a Certified Educator in Personal Finance and holds certifications in EQ-I 2.0 + EQ 360 Emotional Quotient Intelligence and the 4 Lenses Personality Assessment.
