Chris Ewing is an accomplished management consultant and educator specializing in
leadership consulting, psychology, adult education and higher education. A former Active Duty
Air Force Officer with expertise in Space and Missile Operations, he held various operational,
instructional, and leadership roles from 2004 to 2012. Chris is the COO of Paradigm Leaders,
LLC, a Florida-based SDVOSB that designs and delivers leadership development and
management curriculum via a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). He has also
served as a regional director at Kaiser Permanente, an engagement center director at Duke
Health and Advent Health Medical Group, director of client advocacy at Morgan and Morgan,
and customer experience strategist at CDC.
Currently, Chris is an adjunct professor at various universities teaching undergraduate and
graduate level courses in business, psychology, and education, and mentoring dissertation
students. His academic credentials include a BA in English from Saint Louis University, an MA
in Adult Education from Central Michigan University, a PhD in Educational Psychology from
Capella University, a Certificate in Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals from
Cornell University, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Juran Global. His
research interests focus on industrial/organizational psychology, customer experience, and
leadership.
