Francis Pol Lim is a seasoned professional in the fields of management and accountancy, boasting a diverse career encompassing roles such as business manager, internal auditor, accountant, and consultant. Simultaneously, he has made significant contributions as an online adjunct professor, instructional designer, researcher, writer, and editor. Currently, he is working with the Bureau of Internal Revenue in the Republic of the Philippines.
With a comprehensive skill set and extensive experience, Francis has excelled in various capacities, demonstrating proficiency in business management, public administration, and educational roles. His expertise extends to accounting, management, information technology, and educational innovation, reflecting a multifaceted approach to his professional endeavors.
Educationally, Francis holds a Doctor of Public Administration degree from Southern Philippines Academy College and a Doctor of Philosophy in Learning Technology from Central Christian University. He earned his Master of Management in Environmental Planning from the Philippine Christian University, Master in Business and Corporate Communication, and Master in Business Administration from Universidad International Isabel I de Castilla, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from St. Anthony’s College, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CAP College Foundation.
