Dr. Yolanda McDuffey, a native of Mississippi, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role in academia. She earned her Ph.D. in Public Policy & Administration with a concentration in Program Management from Jackson State University. Dr. McDuffey’s educational journey also includes a Master of Public Administration degree from Belhaven University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Jackson State University.
With over 15 years of professional experience spanning healthcare, the private sector, brand consulting, and state government, Dr. McDuffey has cultivated a diverse skill set. Her current research interests lie in the realms of program management and public policy.
Dr. McDuffey is not only a seasoned professional but also an enthusiastic educator. She looks forward to sharing her expertise with fellow faculty and students, fostering an environment of collaborative learning. Her commitment to advancing knowledge in program management and public policy reflects her dedication to making a positive impact in these critical fields.
