Professor Trevisha Mickens, a distinguished educator hailing from Columbia, South Carolina, is a dedicated advocate for education and lifelong learning. She commenced her academic journey at Alcorn State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. Recognizing the significance of continuous learning, Professor Mickens pursued further education at William Carey University, Cambridge College, and Gardner Webb University, obtaining her Master’s in Education and Education Administration and School Counseling.

With a fervent passion for education, Professor Mickens has devoted her career to empowering students and creating transformative learning experiences. Her areas of expertise encompass instructional methodologies, curriculum development, and educational leadership.
