Prof. Dr. Ian Mackechnie

For over two decades, Ian Mackechnie has been actively engaged in undergraduate and postgraduate studies across various international universities, spanning the UK, the USA, Europe, China, Australia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Dr. Mackechnie has played a significant role in supervising doctoral candidates and facilitating graduate seminars.

Before transitioning to academia, Ian Mackechnie held senior management positions in diverse Australian companies and industries. His expertise lies in moral theory and business ethics, with a forthcoming publication exploring the moral theory of renowned economist and political philosopher, Adam Smith.

Dr. Mackechnie earned his Ph.D. in Business Management from Bulacan State University, a Master of Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Charles Sturt University, a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia, a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University, and an Advanced Diploma in Business (Accounting) from the Box Hill College. Additionally, he holds the title of Adjunct Professor at Bulacan State University.
