Bio

I’m Daniel Zimmerman, an experienced online educator who has been teaching since 2015 across various colleges and universities worldwide, including several faith-based institutions. I hold a Doctor of Management (DM) degree from Colorado Technical University in Denver, CO, with a research focus on organizational development and change, specifically exploring the integration of leadership styles within a Christian Church context.

With a career spanning since 2005 in the educational sector, I have also ventured into entrepreneurship, serving as an HR Consultant for my business based in Illinois and Texas. My consultancy specializes in assisting small to medium enterprises during their startup phase, providing guidance and tools to help them realize their dreams while navigating the complexities of organizational development.

In my research endeavors, I delve into change management and organizational culture, drawing inspiration from influential theorists such as Peter Senge, David Cooperrider, and Ed Schein. These studies fuel my passion for understanding and implementing effective strategies in the ever-evolving landscape of organizational dynamics.

I’m excited about the prospect of working together and bringing my wealth of knowledge and experience to our collaboration. Looking forward to contributing to shared success and growth.
