Graduation and Academic Awards

Students who are a quarter away from meeting their graduation requirements are required to petition for graduation. A fee of $500 shall apply for each graduation application. The graduation application form is available via students’ portal.

Graduation Requirements

Below are the minimum graduation requirements:

Associate Degree

Duration: 48 Months

Credit: 60

GPA: 2.0 or better

Total no of credits:

33 credits in general education courses.

Possible Graduation time:

18-24 months.

Bachelor’s Degree

Duration: 196 Months

Credit: 120

GPA: 2.0 or better

Total no of credits:

51 credits in general education courses

Possible Graduation time:

36-48 months.

Master’s Degree

MS MA MBA EMBA MPH M.Ed

Duration: 48 Months

Credit: 36-54

GPA: 3.0 or better

Total no of credits:

6-12 credits in theses

Possible Graduation time:

18-24 months.

Doctorate Degree

Ph.D Ed.D

Duration: 84-96 Months

Credit: 63-90

GPA: 3.0 or better

Total no of credits:

6-12 credits in theses

Possible Graduation time:

36-60 months.

Doctorate Degree

PsyD

Duration: 84-96 Months

Credit: 60-90

GPA: 3.0 or better

Total no of credits:

6-12 credits in theses

Possible Graduation time:

36-60 months.
