Requesting Transcript

To request official transcripts, students can utilize the Student Support Center on Charisma’s main webpage or click here to send request. Each request incurs a $15 fee.

Students with outstanding financial obligations to the University will have a “hold” placed on their transcripts or course registrations.

For graduation and transcript verification, please contact the University Registrar at registrar@charisma.edu.eu. Our Registrar’s office will assist you in confirming graduation details and verifying transcripts.

Updating Personal Information

Charisma University values accurate and up-to-date student records. To update your personal information, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your student portal.
  2. Navigate to the “Personal Information” section.
  3. Update the relevant fields, such as contact details or emergency contacts.
  4. Save your changes.

It is important to keep your information current to ensure you receive important communications and that our records remain accurate.

Privacy & Student's Records (FERPA)

Charisma University is committed to protecting the privacy of student records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Here are key points regarding privacy and student records:

  1. Access to Records: Students have the right to inspect and review their education records.
  2. Amendment of Records: If a student believes their records are inaccurate, they can request amendments.
  3. Disclosure of Information: FERPA limits the disclosure of personally identifiable information without student consent.
  4. Opting Out: Students have the option to restrict the release of directory information.
